Design, optimization, and characterization of novel drug delivery systems including PLGA nanoparticles, transdermal patches, and conventional dosage forms. Expertise in DoE-driven formulation optimization and in vitro dissolution modeling.
Development and validation of quantitative bioanalytical methods across UPLC and triple-quadrupole LC-MS/MS platforms. Proficient in Waters Empower, Sciex OS, and Analyst® for data acquisition and quantitative analysis.
